It’s impossible for us, but not for God! The Lord purposely puts things “out
of reach” for us. He intentionally calls His people to do things and believe
Him for things that we can’t do. He purposely calls men to do things that
are not possible for the natural man to accomplish. He wants us to trust
Him to do it… to “Be still and know that He is God.” If it is going to come to
pass, the Lord must do it. When it is accomplished, it will be Christ alone
who receives the glory: “That no flesh should glory in His presence.” “That
according as it wis written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.” (1
Corinthians 1:29, 31)

It's impossible for a 100-year-old man and his 90-year-old barren wife to
produce a son from their own bodies. Yet Abraham believed God and it was
counted unto him for righteousness. “Through faith also Sara herself
received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she
was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.”
(Hebrews 11:11) They DID receive Isaac from the Lord from their own
bodies as He had promised. A Red Sea DID PART! A virgin DID
CONCEIVE and bear a Son! Peter DID WALK on water at the Lord’s
bidding!
The Lord calls His people to live “God-sized” lives and to do God-sized”
things. He is able to do “exceeding abundantly above all that we can ask or
think according to the power that worketh in us.” We must believe Him to
do what He has promised to do. “Jesus said unto her, Said I not unto thee,
that, if thou wouldest believe, then shouldest see the glory of God?” It is
thrilling to walk with Almighty God! Let’s believe the Lord for the impossible
in our own lives in this hour!

In Christ,
